This off-dry to sweet wine tasting features Whimsical, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosa Secco, Subtle Blond and La Rosa.

This tasting offers a diverse showcase to enjoy some of our most popular wines. Whimsical, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosa Secco,  Cabernet Sauvignon, and  Petit Verdot are the featured favorites you will enjoy.    

Reds rule in this tasting of our red wines. Enjoy the  La Casa Cuvee, Syrah, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. From semi-dry to bold, it is a most memorable sip trip!

Try our variety of hard ciders in this 5-Cider Tasting Experience. Flavors vary by season & are all small-batch. Unless otherwise indicated, they are 100% Nevada Hard Apple Cider with infusions of other fruits & spices. 

Add a sweeter side of the street with our sweet add-on. You will enjoy the Subtle Blond and La Rosa. 

Need a little more deep, sultry reds in your tasting lineup? Ask for the Reds Add On & Syrah and Temprynce will join in the fun.

Refreshing, light body. Floral notes of Jasmine. Nectarine and Peach on the palate with a slight mineral finish.

Dryer white wine with flavors of apricots and stone fruits, nice acidity and lingering finish.

Savory notes of orange zest, ripe strawberry & melon. Bright and crisp, settling into mouth-watering acidity.

Lovely scents of white flowers and honey greet the nose. This wine is light & deliciously sweet with tastes of apricot and hints of tropical notes. Balanced acidity & mineralogy finish this wine. 

This semi-sweet Rose’ has a fruity bouquet of strawberry and melon. With nice, bright, refreshing acidity on the palate.

Ripe yellow Peach and Lychee fruit on the nose. Ripe nectarine, tangerine, and peaches dance on the palate.

A lovely floral bouquet on the nose. Floral notes accompany a smooth mouthfeel with cherry & dried red fruit. Modest Ttanninsand bright abundant acidity. 

Our newest red is smooth and full bodied with vibrant gripping tannins. It opens with lilac floral aromas and presents black cherry and plum on the palate.

 Dark red fruit, dried fig with savory aromatics of spice, vanilla & dill. Warm earthiness, medium tannins, well balanced.

Our long-awaited, much anticipated Cabernet Sauvignon. 

Elegant and well-balanced. Shows flavors of blackberry, dark cherry with spice notes of vanilla.

 Firm & chewy with a flavorful core of blackberry, black cherry & ripe dark plum with a savory, peppery finish.  Balanced acidity & firm but well-integrated tannins.   

Enjoy a cold, crisp glass of our 100% Nevada-produced Hard Cider. Not too sweet & packing a 6% ABV punch, the Sidewinder has quickly become a standout locals favorite.   Available by the glass in the Tasting Room ($7), Growler to go ($30) or Growler Refill ($25)

Charcuterie is fancy speak for a fabulous meat & cheese platter with benefits. The benefits include nuts, fresh & dried fruit, whole grain mustard & wonderful pickled veggies. The perfect accompaniment to great wine.
